The City includes a 6-story building that sits on approximately 12 acres in the Olentangy River Corridor just north of The Ohio State University.  This building contains 122,000 square feet of retail space, 266 apartment units and a 445 car parking garage with the community amenity (including a swimming pool) on the top floor.  The entire building contains more than 600,00 square feet.  Tenants will start occupying the building in the fall of 2020 and the project will be completed in March 2021.
